Conditions of sale

RATES :

• the prices of the rooms are for one night, without breakfast (11€ in the living room, 13€ in room, 5€ for children between 5 to 10 years old and without local taxes (1,65€ per day, par person more 12 years old).

• One baby cot or one additional bed could be only added by reservation and only in a superior room.

• The baby cot is available until 2 years old maximum.
• The additional bed costs each day :

15€ under 12 years old

25€ between 12 to 18 years old

40€ + 18 years old

RESERVATION :

• No booking will be assured by phone or by email without the credit card details and the date of expiry.
• In these conditions the booking is maintained until  6 pm, prevent us in case of a late arrival.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT :

• Check in from 3 pm et check out noon later (ask us for a later check-out. If not an extra night could be charged)

DEPOSIT :

• The booking will be assured with a deposit :

• High season : 100% for 1 night; 50% for 2 nights; 30% for 3 nights and more.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION :

The deposit is refunded in case of cancellation or modification as the details following :

• High season : 20 days before the beginning of stay
• Middle season : 48 hours before the beginning of stay
• Low season : 48 hours before the beginning of stay
• All the year :
  • A stay begun or shortened is fully due.
  • In case of « no show » or cancellation the day of arrival : 100% of the first night will be charged.

Animals : are not accepted.
